Can you clean any rug?
Most wool, synthetic and patterned rugs, yes. Delicate, antique, silk or hand-knotted rugs may need specialist workshop cleaning — send a photo first.
Will the colours run?
We test for colourfastness first and advise before cleaning any rug that could bleed.
Top side or both?
The price covers the top side. Add the reverse for £15.
How long until it's dry?
A few hours — we use fast-drying extraction.
Do you collect the rug?
No need — we clean it in your home.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — there's a £60 minimum call-out. Any booking under £60 is charged £60, so it's worth adding a rug, mattress or armchair to the same visit.
