We quote based on a full walkthrough video of the property - not descriptions. Please send a clear video showing all rooms, bathrooms (including extractor fans and vents), the kitchen, hallways and floors so we can assess condition properly. We will then:
During the clean, if the property takes longer than estimated because the condition is worse than shown in the video, we will continue and charge £25 per labour hour after the estimated time has been exceeded. We'll let you know before continuing where possible.
